The following terms and conditions apply:

• The delivery period stated within which the buyer will receive their order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by Paypal at the time of making the order. If the buyer is ordering more than one item, their goods may be sent in installments. If a buyer requires all purchases to be sent in one parcel, the purchase must be made at the same time and a revised invoice requested to ensure the correct postage is applied. If this is not carried, we cannot guarantee that excess postage will be refunded.
• If the buyersdelivery address is outside of the UK, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the buyers country. Returns

We offer a 14-day returns policy on all items except swimwear and underwear for hygiene purposes.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items. Customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties.

Items should be returned in the same condition that they were received; unused, in their original packaging, with any and all tags attached.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not conform to these terms. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Any item returned more than 14 days after the date of delivery
• Any item that is not in its original condition i.e. has been used or maltreated

In the event that a product is received damaged, faulty or incorrectly described as a result of a mistake by Nikki Bradford, a full refund will be issued including the cost of shipping.
